Service Description

This all levels workshop is perfect for anyone whether you have been taking spin classes, hiking or running outside, or just notice your hips and hamstrings are tight. Hips, pelvis, and hamstrings tend to be areas of holding and tension. We will review pelvis anatomy and muscle activation. We will flow through a practice focused on opening and relaxing the hips and hamstrings. We will use breathwork to target specific areas of tension. Through this workshop you will gain awareness of your pelvis in relation to movement, deepen your practice to release your hips and hamstrings, and use breath and relaxation when you notice areas of tension in your body. Explore what is possible to let go of things that no longer serve you!
