Yoga has always been a huge part of Gabrielle's life. With a background in gymnastics, she found yoga to be a safe place to practice everything she has learned on the mat as a child and continue with added mindfulness. She has found comfort on her mat during her worst days of heartbreaks and loss of loved ones, and also her best days such as her wedding day and honeymoon. Nowadays she often shares her practice with her young son, Kashton. Gabrielle has completed courses in college related to yoga in addition to holding her 200 RYT and certification in SPINNING. She will continue to pursue her yoga and fitness journey and is hoping to share the same experience and benefits she has gained with others in her community.
If you are on a path to lasting personal growth, Gabrielle is the instructor for you. Her classes are the perfect blend of fun, motivating, and challenging, bringing you a burst of positivity to carry you through your day and beyond.
Casey Faurl has been practicing yoga since 2015. Her journey began when she started college and while exploring different activities she found a nearby yoga studio and fell in love after her first class. Although she could not pin point exactly what it was that she loved so much, she knew she enjoyed the physical component and especially that peaceful feeling she was left with at the end of class. Casey began taking courses that revolved around Eastern traditions during her college career and her love and understanding of yoga began to deepen. She began to see that there was so much more to yoga than just moving and stretching. She began to explore and connect to the values and lifestyle that is yoga. Casey has since completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training, is working on completing her Yin Yoga certification, and strives to continue to teach and live the values of yoga on and off the mat.
If you are looking for a post partum, kids, or Yin class, Casey is your girl. She has immense experience with children and her gentle and calm demeanor will carry with you long after Savasana.
