Service Description

Power Yoga is an athletic, strength-driven style of yoga — think flowing sequences, heat-building movements, and lots of energy. It’s designed to challenge the body, build muscle, and fire up endurance. Yin Yoga is the opposite: slow, still, and deeply meditative. You hold poses for several minutes to target the connective tissues, release tension, and quiet the nervous system. A balanced class where you sweat, strengthen, and energize in the first half, then slow down, stretch, and melt into stillness in the second half.

Cancellation Policy

Booking & Studio Policies • Please cancel or reschedule at least 10 hours prior to class. • If you do not have our app, please download Fit by Wix and use code VIBE22. • Vibe is not responsible for removing clients from classes. • Late cancellations and no-shows for full and/or waitlisted classes will result in an $18 fee. This policy is strictly enforced. • Please ensure you are booking and attending the correct studio location- Waterfront Drive or Tilghman Street. Your booking confirmation email includes the studio address. • ARRIVE EARLY. Class start times indicate when practice begins, not arrival time. Doors unlock 15 minutes prior to class and lock once class begins. Late entry is not permitted. • All sales are final. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth, respectful experience for all clients.
